A 90-minute personalised online experience

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, at a crossroads or longing to reconnect with yourself, this is where we begin.

The Return to Self Experience is a deeply personal online experience designed to help you pause, breathe and reconnect with the pure essence of who you are.

What we'll explore together

Before we meet, you'll complete a personal reflection questionnaire, giving me the opportunity to prepare specifically for you and your unique circumstances.

During our 90 minutes together, we'll gently combine conversation, reflection, intuitive guidance and distance Reiki to create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect and listen to your own inner wisdom.

No two experiences are ever the same. Each one is shaped around what you need most on the day.

After your session

Your experience doesn't end when we close Zoom.

Within 24 hours you'll receive your personalised Return to Self Notes, including the key themes from our session, intuitive reflections and gentle journal prompts to help you continue integrating your experience.

You'll also receive a follow-up check-in the following week, giving you space to reflect on what's unfolding and how you're feeling.
