Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your journey into energy healing — a space to reconnect with yourself, learn to work with energy and gently open your awareness.
Whether you are feeling called to support your own wellbeing, deepen your spiritual connection or simply explore something new, this training offers a grounded and supportive place to begin.
No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and an openness to learn.
This Reiki Level 1 training is held in Milton Keynes and welcomes beginners, as well as those returning for a refresher, from across the UK.

Your Reiki journey doesn’t end when the training finishes.
You’ll be supported as you begin to integrate Reiki into your life, with space to ask questions, share your experiences and build confidence at your own pace.
You’ll be welcomed into a supportive community space, including a private WhatsApp group and opportunities to reconnect through live Zoom sessions as you continue on your path.
