No experience is needed — just an openness to learn and explore.

• How to connect to and channel Reiki energy
• Reiki Principles
• The body, chakras and energy system, aura — sensing, working with and healing
• Self-Reiki techniques and practices
• Giving Reiki to others
• Practical exercises and guided group work

Your Integration Journey
This training doesn’t end after the two days.
You’ll also receive a gentle integration support — giving you space to land, reflect and build confidence as you begin working with Reiki in your everyday life.
This may include simple guidance, check-ins and a supportive space to ask questions as everything begins to unfold.
You won’t be left to figure it our alone — you’ll be supported as your connection to Reiki deepens.
