The Deeper Commitment provides a dedicated monthly space for intuitive guidance, honest reflection and energetic recalibration.
Each session combines intuitive guidance with Reiki to support:

• Anchoring insight into embodied change
This is more than a session.
It is a conscious commitment to your own evolution.

Reset Programme - 3 Session Journey :
Designed for those seeking focused support, grounding and gentle forward movement. The Reset Programme offers space to pause, recalibrate and reconnect with yourself through personalised sessions held over time.
It is ideal if life feels overwhelming, you are navigating change, or you feel ready for supportive guidance beyond a single session.
Includes:
• An initial 60-minute Alignment Session, including Reiki healing, to explore your current needs, intentions and areas of focus
• Two additional 60-minute personalised sessions, blending Reiki, intuitive guidance and supportive integration Each session is tailored to you and may include energetic healing, reflective conversation, intuitive insight and practical support depending on what feels most beneficial.
Investment £165
Sessions take place in person at the Deeper Awareness Healing Room in Milton Keynes or online.
Following purchase, session credits are added to your account and can be booked at times that suit you. Programme sessions are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Many clients choose to continue into ongoing support following completion of the Reset Programme.
Return to Self Programme - 6 Session Journey:
Designed for those ready to explore deeper personal growth, self-reconnection and meaningful change with consistent support over time.
The Return to Self Programme offers a supportive space to move beyond immediate challenges and begin reconnecting with your authentic self.
Through regular sessions together, we work gently yet intentionally to support emotional wellbeing, clarity, confidence and inner alignment.
This journey is ideal if you feel called to deeper work, are navigating a period of transition, or wish to sustain personal and spiritual development with ongoing guidance.
Includes
• An initial 60-minute Alignment Session, including Reiki healing, to explore intentions, priorities and areas of focus

This is an incredibly powerful way to connect and send Reiki

How does it work during the session?
Depending on age; the approach may change, but this will always be discussed and agreed with you. If your child is happy to lie on the Healing bed then the session would be carried out with a blanket over them; playing calming music (unless they prefer not). If they prefer not to lie down or too little; they can sit on Parent/Guardians knee/arms or you may lie on the Healing bed with them. If it’s a baby having Healing, then you can lie with them. However, the session will be unique for you and discussed individually as needed.

Victoria is a Member of the UK Reiki Federation; the largest Reiki-only professional organisation in the UK and Europe and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She support the Events Team and is also the Area Representative for Buckinghamshire for the UK Reiki Federation.
She was also part of the team of Volunteers at Reiki Medic-care offering Reiki Distance Healing. Reiki Medic-Care is a wonderful voluntary organisation inspired by hard-pressed, frontline NHS nurses.
We are supporting the wellbeing of hospital doctors, nurses and ambulance paramedics through the advanced technique of delivering Reiki remotely. Get involved here!

NOTE: All people experience Reiki energy differently and so trust is the process is so important; allowing the body to re-balance and support the holistic approach to healing and wellness. Victoria has been trained on Usui Reiki, however will tailor the healing as best drawn to support the client.
