Reiki 1 (First Degree: Shoden) – Training Course
Reiki Level 1 is a gentle yet powerful introduction to energy healing.
Over two immersive days, you will be guided through both the practical and spiritual foundations of Reiki, giving you the confidence to work with energy for yourself and others.
What you’ll experience:
Over the two days, you’ll be gently guided through both the practical and spiritual foundations of Reiki, including:
• 4 Traditional Reiki Attunements
• How to connect to and channel Reiki energy
• The Reiki Principles
• The body, chakras and energy system
• The aura — sensing, working with and healing
• Self-healing techniques and daily practices
• How to give Reiki to others
• The 12 hand positions
• Meditation, breathwork and grounding practices
• Practical exercises and guided group work
• Using Reiki in everyday life (including with pets, food & water)
• The 21-day clearing process
• What to expect after your attunements
• Ongoing support and guidance after the course
